Behavior Basics, Incorporated congratulates and welcomes you to our ever-growing field where, together, we can change the world! Staying true to our core values, our team of dedicated behavior analysts encourage individuals who have recently completed their Master’s degree program and acquired their BCBA credentials to apply to the Behavior Basics Behavior Analyst Residency Program in our Brevard and Treasure Coast Regions. To assist you in this transition period and provide continued support and supervision from our diverse team of behavior analysts, Behavior Basics will provide you with a specific training curriculum that allows you the learning opportunities, support, and guidance as you build your confidence and skill set as a BCBA. This position provides additional mentorship for those wanting small client caseloads, as they begin their journey as a BCBA, and opportunities for growth as progress is made through the residency track. During this transition period, we also offer additional training in specialized areas, such as feeding, early intervention services, caregiver training, assessment writing, research, therapeutic relations, soft skills, and cultural humility. Being a newly minted BCBA is a tremendous experience and should be a time to learn, grow, and feel supported during the process. Behavior Basics has a proven track record of mentoring and supporting our staff as they grow in the field and with us as a valued team member.
