The Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is a graduate level clinical professional who is certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB.com). Primary responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, designing intervention/treatment plans, and providing ongoing training and supervision to the Registered Behavior Technician and caregivers on implementation protocols and data collection.
The RBT is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practices under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator. (https://www.bacb.com/rbt/)
