Lead Analyst

Pamela received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida in 2011. She became interested in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as she worked with students with Autism and other exceptionalities in her own classroom alongside their therapists.

After 5 years in the classroom, Pamela decided to pursue her Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in ABA, which she completed in 2016. She has also received a Gifted Education Graduate Certificate from Arizona State University during that time.

After completing her Master’s degree, Pamela began working towards her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis in 2017. She completed her BCBA certification while working as a Student Analyst with Behavior Basics.

Pamela is passionate about working with a variety of children needing her support. She is bilingual and enjoys playing guitar and singing in her free time.
