Marlen obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Education Pedagogy from University of Puerto Rico in 2009. In 2011, Marlen obtained her Master’s in Public Affairs Major at Human Services from University of Turabo. After that, she decided to continue classes in order to complete a second Master’s degree in education with a Major in Library Service & Technology Information. Marlen has seven year of experience as a teacher in Puerto Rico and Florida. She is been teaching Spanish, Media, PE and Adapted PE. As a teacher, she was provided great professional development opportunities, including seminars, Conscious Discipline training as well the training to work with special needs children. Since 2014, Marlen, has been living at Port St Lucie, Florida with her husband and enjoy spending time with her family of faith and friends.
