Kristy joined the Behavior Basics team first as a Registered Behavior Technician and grew into her current position as Director of Operations. Kristy grew up in a small town in East Tennessee with her family. Kristy joined the BBI team with diverse experience in project management, customer service, and business operations and has built a solid reputation for each market she has worked in. This experience allowed her to learn different management styles and theories, how to use problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and how to use financial tools for targeted objectives. She focused on building trust-based relationships and developed a love for helping people improve their lives. Her passion remains to help others and put good into the world.

While helping people has been a great motivator in her life, her background and experience supports this mission as part of the executive leadership team at Behavior Basics. She is passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of diversity. Kristy plays a key leadership role in all aspects of the company’s business and strategic operations serving as a liaison, she is responsible for insurance panels, program’s oversight, human resources, growth, and overall welfare of employees as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty.
