Behavior Analyst

Stephanie McGloin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst serving the Brevard region. She began her career as an elementary school paraprofessional and licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant after earning a B.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Although she initially planned to pursue a career in speech-language pathology, her experience nannying and observing the profound impact of applied behavior analysis on the whole family, led her to earn a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University.

Prior to relocating to Florida, she worked in Massachusetts as a BCBA for for over seven years with children between 18 months and 11-years-old collaborating across clinical, home, school, and daycare settings. She has also provided support to teens and adults using acceptance and commitment therapy, with a focus on building skills for psychological flexibility and mindfulness. Stephanie loves to travel and spend time in nature and her greatest joy is in connecting with kids. She believes neurodivergent children inspire adults around them to cultivate deeper presence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience, and she is passionate about developing and sharing these skills. She is excited to bring her passion and expertise to the team at Behavior Basics, Inc.!
