McKinsey Walter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from the Florida Institute of Technology in August 2026.

McKinsey has experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, having previously served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Student Analyst, and Lead RBT before transitioning into her role as a BCBA at Behavior Basics, Inc.

She is passionate about helping children develop meaningful skills, build independence, and reach their fullest potential through individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Her professional interests include functional communication, verbal behavior, skill acquisition, and caregiver collaboration. McKinsey especially enjoys celebrating the little victories that lead to big milestones and building positive, trusting relationships with the children and families she serves.
