Student Analyst
Candi joined Behavior Basics Incorporated in 2019. She grew up in New Jersey but has resided in Florida for over 20 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology from Capella University. Upon completion of her studies, she developed a desire to learn and apply the scientific principles of behavior analysis to help children. Her experience includes working as a case manager for homeless, runaway youth with mental health needs, legal issues, substance abuse, and family conflicts. She also worked as a speech-language assistant in public schools and alternative educational settings, and as a business owner with her husband. Her passion is helping people, particularly the most vulnerable populations. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, reading, and baking with her youngest children.
