Adriana Rodriguez, BCBA

Adriana Rodriguez was born in Cuba and moved to the US at the age of 12. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science from Rollins College. Adriana has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis first as a Behavior Assistant (BA) in 2014, then as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2016, and finally as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2018.

Adriana has experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Fragile X syndrome, she has worked with a variety of age groups ranging from early intervention to young adults. Adriana has experience providing behavior analytic services in-clinic, in-home, and in the community.

Ms. Rodriguez’s graduate research focused on the effect of including cultural concerns when providing parent training on behavioral interventions. Adriana’s interests include parent training, staff training, increasing cultural competency within ABA, and increasing skill acquisition.
Adriana’s passion for helping the community was what brought her to the path of healthcare services. Understanding the principles of behavior as well as understanding the struggles of the immigrant community has played a crucial role on helping her contribute to the field and the community. She will continue to support and promote cultural competency when providing services to families of all cultural background.
